Oreo Popsicles

Oreo Popsicles

You’ll need:

Oreo or other sandwich cookies

Coconut milk

Popsicle sticks

*Popsicle molds

An amazing freezer

Directions:

Slide a popsicle stick about halfway through a sandwich cookie, carefully holding both sides of the front and back of the cookie so as not to break it apart. Gently press the cookie sides together closer to the stick and then put the whole thing inside a popsicle mold.

Fill the mold halfway with coconut milk (heavier fat milks like chocolate milk will make the cookies too soft) and then crumble half of another cookie into the mold. Continue filling to the top.

Repeat for the other containers in the mold tray. Freeze for at least 3 hours then serve.

*Dixie cups can be used as an alternative

Make these or any popsicles of your choice before a Christmas in July party and store them ahead of time in rows in a TRUE Freezer Column.
