Cappuccino Panna Cotta

CAPPUCCINO PANNA COTTA

SERVING SIZE: 4


1 cup whipping cream

1 cup half and half

1/2 cup sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons powdered gelatin

 1/3 cup water

2 oz. espresso coffee

2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish 

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve the gelatin into water.

Bring the cream, half and half, and sugar to a boil.

Remove from the heat.

Stir in the gelatin, espresso, and chocolate.

Mix well and let cool.

Using a pitcher, divide the cream into 4 glasses and chill for 5-6 hours.

Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a coffee bean.
