Many say breakfast is the most important meal of the day; it lets your body know how to prepare for what’s ahead. But let’s face it, we don’t always have time to prepare something healthy, let alone sit down and eat it. So whether you’re needing more time in prepping breakfast or actually sitting down and enjoying your meal, we found a fun and delicious mason jar recipe that will help save some time. All you have to do is decide whether you want to use those extra minutes to sit down and relax with your meal and the newspaper or your family, or, take your breakfast on the go to enjoy at your next destination. Either way, mason jars line up perfectly in the refrigerator, and the glass containers keep food fresh for at least a few days while you’re deciding what you want to eat, when, and where.
