How long does bottled water last?
According to the actual water bottle or jug, there are two dates: the manufactured date and the “best by” date. That best by or expiration date is generally two years after the bottled or manufactured date. Do you think it’s still good after the two years?
Is water left in a cup all day still safe to drink the next day?
To minimize exposure to bacteria, refrigerate any water that is “open.” It’s best to drink/use water within 1 or 2 days from when it is exposed to air at room temperature. Would you still brush your teeth with week old water left out in a cup?
