New year, new site features! As we dive into tackling our new year’s resolutions, many homeowners are embarking on remodels, renovations, and upgrades. But as supply chain and lead time issues persist—a recent National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) study reported 79% of lead time bottlenecks occur in the luxury sector—planning ahead can be challenging.

In light of this, we wanted to highlight some exciting news. In addition to offering one of the shortest lead times in the luxury appliance sector, we’ve just added lead time information for each of our units right on our site. Consumers and design professionals interested in an American-made, luxury refrigeration brand now have the added benefit of being able to confidently set a design timeline for their home renovations. Since we do everything in-house, we have the freedom to offer immediate visibility—and we’re one of the few luxury brands to do so.

Better lead times and availability is the top reason 63% of design firms are utilizing new brands. While we have a large roster of loyal clientele, our immediately viewable, segment-first lead times is another way we are able to distinguish ourselves as a reliable, luxury refrigeration brand. Visitors to the site can head over to whichever product they are interested in purchasing and get a detailed lead time view—we offer complete transparency. Our new 36” Refrigerator with Bottom Freezer in Stainless Steel with a right hinge, for example, has a one week lead time to an authorized dealer. Meanwhile, the same unit with a left hinge or a custom finish, has a lead time of three weeks and 13 weeks, respectively. Our commercial DNA and our well-established stylish, performance enhancing full-sized and indoor/outdoor undercounter units have already placed us in a category all our own—we aim to continue to consistently develop and improve our systems, units, and offerings.
