In today’s post-pandemic culture, flexibility and convenience have become paramount, elevating the significance of high-quality amenity spaces in both residential and commercial settings. Last year, the NAIOP reported a marked acceleration in the demand for enhanced amenities following the pandemic, noting that we’ve shifted from viewing them as ‘nice to have’ to recognizing them as ‘must have’ essentials.
At True, our commitment to providing the A&D Community, homeowners, and commercial and hospitality firms with exceptional design flexibility has always been at the core of our operations. This dedication is a driving force behind our expanded partnership with Room & Board, a furniture retailer renowned for sustainable sourcing and American craftsmanship. Together, we continue to meet the growing demand for sophisticated, versatile furniture tailored for amenity spaces through our innovative collaboration, which features integrated refrigeration.
Our latest designs are tailored to enhance various amenity spaces, including the outdoors. Room & Board’s Parsons Outdoor Kitchen Collection (left, above) and Granger Outdoor Kitchen Set (right) now feature integrated refrigeration by True, offering the choice of units such as our two-shelf refrigerator, Refrigerator Drawers, a Wine Cabinet, or a Beverage Refrigerator. To suit diverse styles, each design provides multiple classic countertop options, including marbled white quartz, black quartz, and Viscount white granite.
For the kitchen, our newest collaboration is the Amherst Kitchen Island (right, above), available in three wood finishes, ten countertop options, and three refrigerator styles. Additionally, the Emerson Storage Cabinet (left)—which allows for the option to have two integrated refrigeration units—along with the Copenhagen Storage Cabinets (below), elevates any living space with ample storage and a chic, modern appeal.
The new designs seamlessly elevate any space—from multifamily community areas and hospitality zones to home kitchens, outdoor entertaining spots, and stadium lounges, just in time for football season.
