At True, we strive to consistently elevate our offerings through performance-enhancing and solutions-based improvements and aesthetics. Which is why we are thrilled to announce that we have permanently moved to incorporating R600a—an environmentally-friendly refrigerant—across our full range of full-size refrigerators and freezers and indoor/outdoor undercounter units. The only exception is our Clear Ice Machine which already uses the environmentally-friendly r290 refrigerant. In addition, all of our side-by-side refrigerators and freezers now come with a built-in ice maker while homeowners have the option of integrating a built-in ice maker into all of our 30” and 36” freezer columns.

The changes signify a new generation of product offerings at True. The decision to employ the eco-friendly R600a into the production of our units has not only improved efficiency, but it also allows for a quicker product-pull down while ensuring temperatures are kept consistent.
